Life Throws you some curves.
You are moving along in life happy go lucky and then things happen, and I know they happen for a reason. My little nephew Kam had to have a heart procedure done this past Monday. My sis Amy and her hubby Paul had to take him up to Primary Children's Hospital to see a heart specialist. The Dr decided his condition was severe enough to have surgery that evening. I was worried sick about Kameron, but mostly about Amy and Paul. It turned out that the surgery was a success! We never even expected anything to be wrong with him in the first place, but like I said i think these things happen for a reason. Then, the other night i received a call from my good friend Jessica. She is Pregnant and went in for an ultrasound to find out that her little girl is going to be handicap. At first i felt sorry for her, then i realized what a blessing she is going to be in ALL our lives especially theirs. And last but not least the passing of our prophet Gordon B. Hinckley was a small shock to our family. He was a wonderful man, but I know he is with his cute wife now. He will always play a big role in my life because he is who I listened and looked up to in my "critical" years meaning my teens. I look at these experiences as a starting points to be a better person. Its times like these that make you stronger in your personal lives and in your beliefs.

Welcome Baby Kam!
This is Baby Kameron Gordon Wogksch. My sister had her baby on Thursday the 24th of Jan. He was 7lbs 11 oz and if you know my sister Amy that is a BIG BABY! He is adorable! He has a little heart condition. We don't know all the details but we are hoping he grows out of it, but it is fixable with surgery. They are taking him to primary children's hospital on Monday. Other than that he couldn't be more healthy. We will keep him in our prayers. Welcome Baby Kam!

GO BYU
This is the 2nd year my mom and dad have sent the boys down to the BYU Vegas Bowl game. They always have a good time. Zac, brother Spencer, bro in law's Dan and Paul all go. They stormed the field this year because of the incredible win! This is what Zac had to say about it all ... "I admit, when UCLA was lined up for the 15-yard feel goal with three seconds left in the game I was talking myself into not caring that BYU lost...it was awful. I was so mad, and I was just sitting in my seat thinking BYU was so stupid. As I was sitting down I could see straight through to the field goal post. I was watching the post when all of the sudden I saw the ball fall short! I couldn't believe it! I freaked out! The four of us (Dan, Paul, Spencer, and Me) immediately jumped onto the field and went crazy...it was great!...a total 180-degree change in feeling in seconds. When is all this good luck for BYU going to end?!!! Go Cougars!"

CRAZY LIZ!
So the frustration of not being able to get pregnant continues. Im on a fertility pill that makes me crazy! Seriously, my sister in law asked me if i was on an emotional roller coaster yet. I laughed at her. One minute I am happy and peaceful, the next minute I am full of rage, then i end up crying over nothing. (Poor Zac) Funny story, I went to the Dr's the other day to get my blood drawn and while i was in the waiting room I was working myself up over the fact that im going in to get blood work, they are going to tell me all my levels are great, then i wont get pregnant. So the nurse calls me in and the first question she asks me is "So, do you have any kids?" Poor lady was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I started BAWLING uncontrollably. I was so embarrassed. I kept telling her its not me, its my pills, she didn't say anything wrong, i could hardly even get a word out. I was also laughing at the same time because of how dumb i probably looked. I finally pulled myself together after 10 min and left the Lab. Then... you guessed it... I was happy the rest of the day! FYI Come to find out from the blood work, my levels were not as normal as they want them to be so now i have to go in for some procedure :( Hopefully they will find something soon so I can go off what i call my crazy pills! So thats the infertile update. Again...poor Zac

BABY JAXON

I love my new nephew baby Jaxon (Emily and Dans). He was born on Dec. 3rd. He was 4 weeks early and had to be in the NICU for about a week. He is doing great now! I can't get enough of him. My other sister Amy is having her little boy she feels almost any day now. His name will be Kameron and i am sure he will be just as cute a Jax, they will be best cousins.

LILY

How could i leave out my puppy, above is lily when we first got her (can you see why?) And below is lily now. She is the best little dog! A great companion. She is only about 8 lbs. She is very fast and very playful with who ever will throw her a ball. Although anyone who knows Lily will say is very hyper, she is one of the laziest dogs i know! She keeps my feet warm at night when we sleep:)
Ok, I thought that i would get with it and create a blog for our family. We aren't cool enough to post any pictures of kids cause they have not come yet, but don't be fooled, we have a dog! Lily is substituting the child thing right now and she is our pride and joy (lame i know, but you would love her too.)
Zac is busy with school....NOT! I am so proud of him, he is finally done (at least for now) and we will be celebrating his graduation when he walks in April. He just got a new job with a company called DOBA and will be in sales. He starts tomorrow (Jan 2nd) we don't quite know all the details but will share when we have more. We are just very happy there will be no more homework!
Liz is working for an Smile Perfect Orthodontists, Tomorrow (Jan 2nd) will be my 1 year mark there. It has been a great job for me to have, but don't worry i still do hair at my house. I am just waiting for the day that i get prego, it has taken a while but we still have our fingers crossed it will be soon:)
